Vigilus Announces AdVanced Features Version 3 for ACT! for Notes CRM


ACT! for Notes marches forward with AdVanced Features by Vigilus. ACT! for Notes, a best selling Lotus Notes CRM, now has over two dozen new and improved features provided by AdVanced Features from Vigilus, new with Version 3. These features include integration with Vigilus' Mobile CRM solution BizMobile, Microsoft Office integration and built in Call Reports.


September 10, 2008 VIGILUS, LLC has announced the availability of AdVanced Features for ACT! for Notes Version 3. The release is ready for immediate shipment. Version 3.0 is distributed with ACT! for Notes 4.2.

Advanced Features by Vigilus for ACT! for Notes is an add-on package of new and improved capabilities, utilities and productivity enhancements that greatly extend the already rich repertoire of ACT! for Notes, the best selling Lotus Notes CRM. This release continues Vigilus' ongoing commitment to constantly adding and improving ACT! for Notes.

Features of Advanced Features by Vigilus for ACT! for Notes include:

  • Works with the new Mobile CRM solution BizMobile by Vigilus™ right out of the box. BizMobile™ allows ACT! for Notes users to quickly and easily extend the familiar collaborative interface to their BlackBerry devices.

  • Integrated Opportunity Management. Create an Opportunity document and associate it with a Contact. Sales Executive / Managers can track expected Sales by month, quarter, year. Track related Activities, Emails, Notes and key field changes within that Opportunity. Create and track as many Opportunity documents as you like

  • Microsoft Office Integration and Office Document Automation. The Microsoft Office integration, powered by SWING Integrator™ from Swing Software, gives you the power of real document automation. Produce highly formatted letters and documents with ACT! for Notes data. In-place creation and editing of Office attachments (both Notes and Web). PDF conversion. Mail merge letters and labels. Reporting, charting and data analysis.

  • Call Report. Measure and analyze activity by Sales Rep/Month/Contact. Select reporting timeframes (e.g., week, month, quarter, year) and what Activity types to display via Pop-ups - no programming needed.

  • Send Activity Invitations to AFN Contacts - Select one or more contacts who will also receive E-Mail invitations.

  • Bring E-Mail From Mail File as an E-Mail Document, allowing the User to create a response within AFN.

  • Make Skype Calls to Contacts - Optionally, call contacts using the Skype service.

  • Google Maps. Obtain location and directions for a Contact or Company.
